William Yu

Will is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of E-PAGA, INC. Before founding E-PAGA in 2006, he spent several years managing large information technology initiatives for Northrup Grumman and Danya International. Will is a Software Solutions Architect and an entrepreneur at heart. As founder of E-PAGA, he carried over everything he learned from his experiences about consulting, entrepreneurship, people, and culture in helping create the foundation of E-PAGA.

His vision for E-PAGA is to have an impact on people, regardless of who they are—employees, clients, vendors, the community, or the person on the street. “I believe in order to make a company great, I wanted to be more focused on our people’s personal lives, their families, and their overall well-being. I’m motivated to create an environment that maximizes the gifts, talents, and potential of people both for our clients and within E-PAGA,” shares Will.

Will also enjoys spending free time with his family and friends, whether it’s playing board games, video games, or just hanging out. He loves watching and playing basketball. He loves his wife, Jackie, their four (4) children, and grandson —Ciana, Jadyn, Kaelyn, Nathan, and Griffin very much.

Fun fact: Will and his family all believe that Disney World is the best place on earth.
