E-PAGA wins

FEMA’s Mobile Integrated Healthcare Project Manager Course Development Contract

August 21, 2026

FEMA has awarded E-PAGA a contract to develop a new 5-day, instructor-led Mobile Integrated Healthcare Project Manager course for the United States Fire Administration’s National Fire Academy (NFA). The course will build upon an existing asynchronous online course and convert and expand that content for resident, instructor-led delivery.

The course will address the roles and responsibilities of fire and emergency medical services personnel involved in meeting the emergency medical needs of their communities, including program management, day-to-day operations, responder health and safety, community risk reduction, resource allocation, collaboration, and compliance with regulations, standards, and policies.

Under this contract, E-PAGA will conduct the course design process, develop a plan of instruction and complete course materials, conduct a virtual course walkthrough, deliver a 5-day course pilot, evaluate pilot results, and produce final course materials in accordance with NFA standards and Section 508 accessibility requirements.

E-PAGA has partnered with FEMA’s National Fire Academy on more than 40 projects and looks forward to bringing that experience to this new course.
