Rachel Shaw

Rachel is an Instructional Systems Designer and Quality Control Specialist with a focus on training development-related projects.  Previously working in the legal field, she found her niche in instructional design and now holds a M.Ed. in Educational Technology from James Madison University, working with the instructional design team, graphic designers, and developers to deliver exceptional products and program support to E-PAGA’s clients. In addition to instructional design, her professional interests lie in Section 508 compliance and digital accessibility.

When off the clock, she enjoys traveling (Paris, Toronto, and Mexico City were international destinations in 2019), seeing concerts, theater, and other live events with friends, and partaking in less exhilarating activities like crocheting, cross stitch, Cricut-ing, binging true crime podcasts, and rewatching episodes of TV shows that haven’t been on in years.
